نوصل لجميع محافظات مصر.

 مدة التجهيز والتوصيل
 يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل من تأكيد الطلب
 يستغرق التوصيل من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة
 هذه المدد تقديرية، وقد تتأخر في المواسم والعروض والعطلات الرسمية

تختلف مصاريف الشحن حسب المحافظة، وتظهر لك قبل إتمام الطلب في صفحة الدفع

طرق الدفع
يمكنك الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام أو عبر وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة في المتجر

 الاستلام وفحص الطلب
سيتواصل معك مندوب الشحن هاتفيًا قبل التوصيل. يحق لك فتح الشحنة وفحص المنتجات أمام المندوب قبل الدفع
إذا وجدت عيبًا أو منتجًا خاطئًا، يمكنك رفض الاستلام دون أي رسوم، وتواصل معنا على واتساب

 عنوان التوصيل ورقم الموبايل
يرجى كتابة العنوان ورقم الموبايل بشكل صحيح وإبقاء الهاتف متاحًا وقت التوصيل. في حال كان العنوان أو الرقم خاطئًا وتطلب الأمر إعادة التوصيل، قد يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الإضافية

رفض الطلب أو تعذر الوصول إلى العميل
إذا رفض العميل استلام الطلب أو تعذر الوصول إليه بعد [عدد] محاولات توصيل، يتم إرجاع الطلب إلينا، ويتحمل العميل [مصاريف الشحن والإرجاع]. ولا ينطبق ذلك على حالات العيب المصنعي أو إرسال منتج خاطئ
إذا كان الطلب مدفوعًا مسبقًا، فيتم رد المبلغ بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن وفق سياسة الاسترداد

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

2. Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your governorate.
- These times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, sales, and official holidays.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by governorate and are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Payment Methods
You can pay in cash on delivery or by any of the online payment methods available in the store.

5. Receiving and Checking Your Order
The delivery agent will call you before delivery. You have the right to open the package and check the items in front of the agent before paying.
If you find a defect or the wrong item, you can refuse the delivery at no charge and contact us on WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Address and Phone Number
Please enter your address and mobile number correctly and keep your phone available at delivery time. If the address or number is wrong and the order needs to be redelivered, the customer may have to pay the extra shipping cost.

7. Refused Orders or Unreachable Customers
If the customer refuses the order, or cannot be reached after [number] delivery attempts, the order is returned to us and the customer pays [the shipping fee / the shipping and return fees]. This does not apply to manufacturing defects or when we sent the wrong item.
If the order was paid in advance, the refund is made after deducting the shipping fees, in line with our refund policy.
